Project Jholunge

Since a devastating earthquake hit Nepal in 2015,  we have been working with the people of Jholunge, Sindhupalchowk. The goal is to continue our efforts in training locals to construct and understand, sustainable and affordable forms of sanitation.

What your dollars have done

So far we have built toilets for three families. We have since closely monitored the usage of the toilets, application of the wastes on local crops and taken into account user feedback. Today, the people are still rebuilding their homes and we want to ensure, that moving forward, every household has access to proper toilet!
