McNally High School Student Group

We love to work with students who have committed themselves as global citizens and advocates of sanitation and water issues. In April 2015, this vibrant young group of Grade 10 students from Edmonton, Canada created the McNally Deuces after learning about Manavta's endeavours in Nepal. With the generous help of teachers, fellow students and local community organizations they have been holding fundraisers, engaging communities and learning the ropes of running a non profit organization.

Are you a Teacher?

CAWST Youth Wavemakers is a unique water education program that informs, engages, encourages action, and celebrates the impact that youth are having on local and global water and sanitation issues. Applicable to both Science and Social Studies curriculum, students benefit from engaging with youths from around the world and learning about the precious resource of water.  The McNally Deuces engaged with documentaries produced by youth in Nepal, conducted advocacy and research initiatives and grabbed the attention of many local community organizations.
