Kalika Basic School

In the foothills of Tatopani, Jumla, 110 students come to school every day with curiosity, energy, and the hope for a better future. But the most basic conditions we take for granted, clean water, working toilets, and basic hygiene are missing.

For many of these students, especially girls from the Dalit community, school is more than just a place to learn. It is safety. It is opportunity. It is possibility. But right now, the environment is failing them.
